After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Fikret Tunay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cebeci FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Fikret Tunay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alpay Usberk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oğuzkan Coşan struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Ramiz Harmancı didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bismil FK. Thanks to some nice moves Cuma Tanak could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Alpay Usberk however easily saved by the left post. Alpay Usberk came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Cebeci FK's Fikret Tunay. But to his dismay, Fikret Tunay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Oğuzkan Coşan struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Ramiz Harmancı didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bismil FK. Cevher Okyay hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cuma Tanak got free with Alpay Usberk in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cuma Tanaks short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Alpay Usberk to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fikret Tunay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cebeci FK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hüsrev Sarı in the 34th minute. Oğuzkan Coşan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fikret Tunay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Alpay Usberk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Celil Engintalay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Cebeci FK's goalkeeper Ramiz Harmancı had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oğuzkan Coşan. After a rather tough play, Cebeci FK's Cevher Okyay got a free kick in the 55th minute. Cuma Tanak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 64 minutes, Ahmet Efe Derdiyok mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bismil FK and the Cebeci FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 65th match minute, Bismil FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Efe Derdiyok to maneuver through the defense. Fikret Tunay kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Bismil FK's Celil Engintalay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ramiz Harmancı narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ramiz Harmancı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celil Engintalay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cuma Tanak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th minute, Hafız Durualp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cenk Vahapoğlu hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute, Bismil FK's Altuğ Tanaltay seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Altuğ Tanaltay the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Bismil FK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Altuğ Tanaltay had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of Bismil FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cebeci FK:s goal. In the 92nd minute there was a penalty for Cebeci FK. Hüsrev Sarı stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alpay Usberk. 2-0. After having played for 97 minutes, Fikret Tunay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cebeci FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fikret Tunay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bismil FK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
