Sertaç Yetişbey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet Sedat Terzioğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. The supporters of Kirklareli JK booed when Kapalicarsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Bilge Sadi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mutlu Ünsever hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Ahmet Bedri Tüzünalp from long distance, 15 minutes into the match, got Ahmet Sedat Terzioğlu's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The attack was good, but when Vahit Taş in the 22nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Sertaç Yetişbeys short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Ahmet Sedat Terzioğlu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 32 played minutes, Kapalicarsi's Başar Ülkem shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erkan Hilal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kapalicarsi reached it. After having played for 34 minutes, Sertaç Yetişbey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kirklareli JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sertaç Yetişbey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Halim İlkin fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kapalicarsi's protests and gave Halim İlkin a yellow card for diving instead. When Sertaç Yetişbey came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Kirklareli JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sertaç Yetişbey couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Kirklareli JK booed when Kapalicarsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Halim İlkin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Kapalicarsi's Sümer Adışanlı got a free kick in the 39th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kapalicarsi's zone, Mustafa Oğuz Suni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Sedat Terzioğlu came out of the goal and Mustafa Oğuz Suni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ali Galip Hatipoğlu to strike the kick off in the second half. Ahmet Sedat Terzioğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sertaç Yetişbey went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ahmet Sedat Terzioğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sertaç Yetişbey, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Sertaç Yetişbey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 59 minutes into the match, Arif Oğuz Dirsehan notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Kapalicarsi's Ahmet Sedat Terzioğlu. Ahmet Sedat Terzioğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Sertaç Yetişbey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kirklareli JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Sertaç Yetişbey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Sedat Terzioğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Kapalicarsi getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Halim İlkin hit a great ball. Sümer Adışanlı was shown his second yellow card after 65 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Kirklareli JK booed when Kapalicarsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sümer Adışanlı didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arif Oğuz Dirsehan struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Ahmet Sedat Terzioğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kirklareli JK. Ahmet Sedat Terzioğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sertaç Yetişbey went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 87th minute of the match Kirklareli JK got a corner. Kapalicarsi's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Veysel Çiltay ran over to the corner to take the kick. Arif Oğuz Dirsehan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Ahmet Sedat Terzioğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kapalicarsi's Halim İlkin got a free kick in the 92nd minute. If Sertaç Yetişbey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 98th minute Arif Oğuz Dirsehan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Sedat Terzioğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Kirklareli JK were the better team. Kirklareli JK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
