Tuğrul Baydan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aktaç Egelioğlu in the 17th minute of play forced Sultanbeyli JK's goalkeeper Yağızhan Refah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ankara's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Selman Çağili in the 18th minute. Ankara's Selman Çağili was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Yağızhan Refah in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Ankara getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Aktaç Egelioğlu hit a great ball. Hüseyin Can Üstün was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tuğrul Baydan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 27 minute of play. Hüseyin Can Üstün made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuğrul Baydan in the 37th minute of play. Hüseyin Can Üstün took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tuğrul Baydan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Atalan Tanyeri got free with Hüseyin Can Üstün in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tuğrul Baydan made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Ankara's goal looked a bit too open when Atalan Tanyeri came free, but Hüseyin Can Üstün reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ankara's zone, Atalan Tanyeri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hüseyin Can Üstün came out of the goal and Atalan Tanyeri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hüseyin Can Üstün showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melih Akçakıl, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. When Tuğrul Baydan came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Sultanbeyli JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tuğrul Baydan couldn't finish the play. Tuğrul Baydan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Hüseyin Can Üstün tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tuğrul Baydan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hüseyin Can Üstün having to interfere. If Atalan Tanyeri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hüseyin Can Üstün made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuğrul Baydan in the 69th minute of play. Atalan Tanyeri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 74th match minute, Sultanbeyli JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bedrettin İmge to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Selman Çağili from long distance, 75 minutes into the match, got Yağızhan Refah's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Ankara's Hüseyin Can Üstün played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tuğrul Baydan in the 79th minute of play. Hüseyin Can Üstün showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atalan Tanyeri in the 80th minute of the match. Hulusi Erakalın took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hüseyin Can Üstün. Ankara's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tuğrul Baydan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hüseyin Can Üstün having to interfere. Sultanbeyli JK's Atalan Tanyeri got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 91 minutes, Tuğrul Baydan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sultanbeyli JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tuğrul Baydan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atalan Tanyeri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hüseyin Can Üstün having to interfere. Sultanbeyli JK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
