Dogankent's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boztepe JK the free kick. A collision led to Dogankent getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Dogankent's Musa Yazar got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, Dogankent's Efekan Irak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yağızalp Erincer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Efekan Irak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Yağızalp Erincer made a huge save. Yağızalp Erincer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Musa Yazar in the 41st minute of the match. The Dogankent fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Dogankent were furious when Abdurrahman Akçal was red carded, 71 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Dogankent fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! In the 93rd minute, Arman Onursay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boztepe JK's Yağızalp Erincer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efekan Irak in the 94th minute of play. Dogankent were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
