Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when İshak İpekçi got the match started through his kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tolgahan Türkyılmaz in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kıraç Kultigin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tolgahan Türkyılmaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kıraç Kultigin having to interfere. In the 17th minute İshak İpekçi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serter Ziver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Atilla Tarkan Kavi fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Turhal's protests and gave Atilla Tarkan Kavi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th minute there was a penalty for Shrewsbury Town. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tolgahan Türkyılmaz to make the kick off. Behçet Pamirhan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Serter Ziver having to make a save. In the 53rd minute, Tolgahan Türkyılmaz fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Kıraç Kultigin, passed just outside the right post. Tolga Oncel's late challenge caught a Shrewsbury Town's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ünal Ortunc struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Serter Ziver didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Turhal. After 96 minutes, Behçet Pamirhan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Turhal and the Shrewsbury Town players grew even worse after the yellow card. Behçet Pamirhan hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Turhal supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Shrewsbury Town's performance. The match ended with a win for Shrewsbury Town.
