In the 11th minute of the match Rüstem Seyfeddin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alpay Okkan skillfully saved the ball. In the 12th match minute, Cakirlar SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caner Orun to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Halil Can Tanaydin in the 13th minute of play forced Cakirlar SK's goalkeeper Alpay Okkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alpay Okkan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Halil Can Tanaydin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Zincirlikuyu SK's Necat Özoğuz got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the game, Cakirlar SK's Yakut Denizalp nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melih Hacılar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Cakirlar SK's Alpay Okkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yalçın Uraltan in the 29th minute of play. The supporters of Zincirlikuyu SK booed when Cakirlar SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caner Orun didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Yiğitcan Dervişoğlu in the 34th minute really tested Melih Hacılar's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Yakut Denizalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Yalçın Uraltan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zincirlikuyu SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Yalçın Uraltan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alpay Okkan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dursun Durusoy hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Zincirlikuyu SK's zone, Ali Faruk Ergümen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melih Hacılar came out of the goal and Ali Faruk Ergümen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Halil Can Tanaydin in the 46th minute of play forced Cakirlar SK's goalkeeper Alpay Okkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ali Faruk Ergümen to make the kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Ali Faruk Ergümen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zincirlikuyu SK's Melih Hacılar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Doğa Tor charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Doğa Tor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 70 minutes of play, Zincirlikuyu SK's Cavit Ateş made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alpay Okkan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ali Faruk Ergümen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alpay Okkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Halil Can Tanaydin in the 78th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Zincirlikuyu SK's Doğa Tor got a free kick in the 80th minute. Azim Bilek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Zincirlikuyu SK's zone, Azim Bilek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melih Hacılar came out of the goal and Azim Bilek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute of the match Yiğitcan Dervişoğlu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Melih Hacılar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 85th minute, Gökay Saygılı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute Yakut Denizalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melih Hacılar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yakut Denizalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melih Hacılar having to interfere. 4-1 became the score in the 94th minute when Azim Bilek elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Cakirlar SK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
