In the 20th match minute, Sorgun was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haydar Tengizalp to maneuver through the defense. Hurşit Akasoy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Göktuğ Selil's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. With a little luck, Dogansar's Şakir Suerdem got control of the ball when Ahmet İlke Kabataş tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lütfü Ballı in the 30th minute of play forced Sorgun's goalkeeper Hurşit Akasoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sorgun's Hurşit Akasoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lütfü Ballı in the 32nd minute of play. After having played for 35 minutes, Duran Bilge managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sorgun's supporters crossed their fingers, but Duran Bilge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th match minute, Dogansar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Soner Özil to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Ahmet İlke Kabataş made the kick off in the second half. Mert Usun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hurşit Akasoy having to interfere. In the 62nd minute of the match, Ulu Eroğul tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hurşit Akasoy saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Ahmet İlke Kabataş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arif Tugay Boran struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Şakir Suerdem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sorgun. In the 76th minute Ahmet İlke Kabataş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şakir Suerdem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Duran Bilge struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Şakir Suerdem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sorgun. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saruhan Saatçioğlu during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ahmet İlke Kabataş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Talha Onurad kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sorgun had played much better football throughout.
