Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 7 minutes into the match, Özmen Özerol notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sariyerspor's Muzaffer Yesar. Muzaffer Yesar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sapanca's Güray Tura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Levent Hayal in the 10th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Sariyerspor's goal looked a bit too open when Birol Salcan came free, but Muzaffer Yesar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Sariyerspor booed when Sapanca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tahir Ulaş didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sariyerspor's Erdoğan Serir shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 21st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Güray Tura but with some difficulty. 23 minutes into the match, Sariyerspor's goal looked a bit too open when Birol Salcan came free, but Muzaffer Yesar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sezer Beksan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Güray Tura having to interfere. Sezer Beksan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Güray Tura when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Birol Salcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 33rd minute, Birol Salcan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Sariyerspor's goal looked a bit too open when Özmen Özerol came free, but Muzaffer Yesar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Levent Hayal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sariyerspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Levent Hayal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Güray Tura breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tahir Ulaş hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Şeref Karan's late challenge caught a Sapanca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Şeref Karan helped the player get up and apologised. After 45 played minutes Sariyerspor got a freekick which was hit by Şeref Karan. Sapanca's Birol Salcan managed to work through Sariyerspor's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Birol Salcan dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Özmen Özerol to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Özmen Özerol in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Muzaffer Yesar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 57 minutes into the match, Sapanca's goal looked a bit too open when Sezer Beksan came free, but Güray Tura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sezer Beksan struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Güray Tura didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sariyerspor. Özmen Özerol was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 65th minute. Sapanca's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Birol Salcan got free with Muzaffer Yesar in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Muzaffer Yesar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özmen Özerol in the 70th minute of play. When Birol Salcan came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Sapanca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Birol Salcan couldn't finish the play. 76 minutes into the match, Sariyerspor's Levent Hayal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Güray Tura narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sezer Beksan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 84 minutes, Levent Hayal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sariyerspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Levent Hayal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Levent Hayal notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Sapanca's Güray Tura. Güray Tura was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cuma Kalender hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Özmen Özerol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sapanca had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
