The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sancar Kurtuluş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tansel Yanal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Susuz FK's Durmuş Hacıoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakkı Okseven in the 6th minute of play. Bedir Kutlughan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durmuş Hacıoğlu having to interfere. Tansel Yanal hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Durmuş Hacıoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berker Bucuklu in the 13th minute of play. With a little luck, TC☆ VurKırParcala FC's Sancar Kurtuluş got control of the ball when Aytekin Ogün tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hakkı Okseven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Susuz FK getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Haşim Torum hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aytekin Ogün got free with Sancar Kurtuluş in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, TC☆ VurKırParcala FC's Berker Bucuklu got a free kick in the 41st minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Derya Enbiya to strike the kick off in the second half. Durmuş Hacıoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bedir Kutlughan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Berker Bucuklu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hakkı Okseven's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Durmuş Hacıoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. The Susuz FK fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Susuz FK's Aytekin Ogün looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 70th minute, Berker Bucuklu made a precise shot to the right of Durmuş Hacıoğlu. Susuz FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After some careless play in the Susuz FK defense, Bayındır Sarıoğlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Durmuş Hacıoğlu. The Susuz FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Durmuş Hacıoğlu should have stopped the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Susuz FK's goalkeeper Durmuş Hacıoğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hakkı Okseven. After having played for 84 minutes, Hakkı Okseven managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TC☆ VurKırParcala FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hakkı Okseven was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Hakkı Okseven managed to get in a good position for a shot. TC☆ VurKırParcala FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hakkı Okseven was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Durmuş Hacıoğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
