Göktürk Çağili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Ferit Metiner having to interfere. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hocalar SK's goalkeeper Mehmet Ferit Metiner, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Serkan Özgan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Mehmet Ferit Metiner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Göktürk Çağili kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mehmet Ferit Metiner. That made the score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hocalar SK's goalkeeper Mehmet Ferit Metiner, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ahmet Turan Tayyip's late challenge caught a Akyurt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Turan Tayyip helped the player get up and apologised. 29 minutes into the game, Sertaç Poyraz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hocalar SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Akyurt the free kick. In the 32nd minute, Ahmet Turan Tayyip hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atahan Yalın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Behram Akel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ahmet Turan Tayyip had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Serkan Özgan made a kick off. Mehmet Ferit Metiner came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Akyurt's Göktürk Çağili. But to his dismay, Göktürk Çağili quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Akyurt's Behram Akel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demiralp Acıbadem in the 61st minute of play. Göktürk Çağili's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mehmet Ferit Metiner read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. When Demiralp Acıbadem came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Hocalar SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Demiralp Acıbadem couldn't finish the play. Serkan Özgan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mehmet Ferit Metiner read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Abdulkadir Sorgun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Göktürk Çağili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Mehmet Ferit Metiner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Göktürk Çağili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Atahan Yalın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Demiralp Acıbadem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Behram Akel having to interfere. Abdulkadir Sorgun kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Atahan Yalın blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Behram Akel having to make a save. 91 minutes into the game, Demiralp Acıbadem recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Behram Akel. Demiralp Acıbadem showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1.
