An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Erdem Kadi in the 7th minute of play forced Ezine JK's goalkeeper Vahdet Asker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vahdet Asker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Erdem Kadi, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Muğla Spor's Ahmet Erdem Kadi got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vahdet Asker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Erdem Kadi in the 13th minute of the match. Arman Uğurtan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vahdet Asker having to interfere. Güven Sabuncuoğlu came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Ezine JK's Afşin Balbay. But to his dismay, Afşin Balbay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Sungur Devrim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. Güven Sabuncuoğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Afşin Balbay in the 33rd minute. Güven Sabuncuoğlu made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Afşin Balbay sent off a good shot on target. Güven Sabuncuoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sungur Devrim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Muğla Spor's Güven Sabuncuoğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Muğla Spor from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

If Afşin Balbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute Sungur Devrim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güven Sabuncuoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th match minute, Ezine JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yetkin Akgündüz to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Ezine JK's zone, Coşkun Kadrihan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vahdet Asker came out of the goal and Coşkun Kadrihan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Afşin Balbay came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Ezine JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Afşin Balbay couldn't finish the play. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Muğla Spor's goalkeeper Güven Sabuncuoğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 74th minute Afşin Balbay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güven Sabuncuoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Afşin Balbay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Güven Sabuncuoğlu was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. After 89 minutes of play, Ezine JK's Tansel Ruhsan made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Güven Sabuncuoğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Afşin Balbay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Güven Sabuncuoğlu having to interfere. A collision led to Muğla Spor getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Suat Uluberk hit a great ball. Sungur Devrim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Güven Sabuncuoğlu having to interfere. Ezine JK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Muğla Spor for a fine match.
