Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Celil Tongal started the match with the kick off. Balat's Kandemir Yumus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Balat from getting a goal against them. Trabzonspor's Afşar Özdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Merih Sunullah in the 6th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Merih Sunullah in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Afşar Özdal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 9 minutes into the match, Ogün Yaşanur had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Afşar Özdal. Trabzonspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ogün Yaşanur was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 13 minutes into the game, Tansu Babür cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Kandemir Yumus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celil Tongal in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kandemir Yumus saved Balat from getting behind. With his leg Kandemir Yumus managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Trabzonspor's Celil Tongal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kandemir Yumus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Emin Erva in the 23rd minute of the match. Bora Tekinsoy's late challenge caught a Balat's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bora Tekinsoy helped the player get up and apologised. Bora Tekinsoy kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. When Celil Tongal fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trabzonspor's protests and gave Celil Tongal a yellow card for diving instead. After 26 played minutes Trabzonspor got a freekick which was hit by Celil Tongal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celil Tongal in the 29th minute of play forced Balat's goalkeeper Kandemir Yumus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the game, Ogün Yaşanur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Afşar Özdal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 35 minutes into the game, Balat's Merih Sunullah nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Afşar Özdal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 49th minute, Merih Sunullah got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Trabzonspor players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Balat were winning 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Merih Sunullah was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Mehmet Emin Erva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Tansu Babür had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kandemir Yumus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celil Tongal's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Kandemir Yumus came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Trabzonspor's Celil Tongal. But to his dismay, Celil Tongal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. 67 minutes into the match, Trabzonspor's goal looked a bit too open when Ogün Yaşanur came free, but Afşar Özdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tansu Babür fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kandemir Yumus having to interfere. When Tansu Babür came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Trabzonspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tansu Babür couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Balat getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Muhittin Uluberk hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, Balat's goal looked a bit too open when Tansu Babür came free, but Kandemir Yumus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Halil İbrahim Yaren kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. When Ogün Yaşanur fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Balat's protests and gave Ogün Yaşanur a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Trabzonspor booed when Balat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ogün Yaşanur didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th minute, Celil Tongal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Mehmet Emin Erva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trabzonspor were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Balat to leave the ground with a draw.
