An unexpectedly hard shot by Kıraç İşbilir in the 3rd minute of play forced Kahramanmaras's goalkeeper Berkant Nezih to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Levent İnan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Berkant Nezih took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denizhan Bergin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yenifakili's Kıraç İşbilir got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aygün Sağlam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Metin Temizsoy in the 11th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Kahramanmaras's goal looked a bit too open when Reis İksir came free, but Berkant Nezih reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. İbrahim Erkılınç hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Berkant Nezih made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reis İksir in the 15th minute of play. Aygün Sağlam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sefa Canfer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, Reis İksir made a precise shot to the right of Berkant Nezih. Kahramanmaras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Reis İksir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kahramanmaras's Berkant Nezih played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kıraç İşbilir in the 36th minute of play. Yenifakili's Aygün Sağlam proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Yenifakili from getting a goal against them. 40 minutes into the game, Kıraç İşbilir was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yenifakili's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kahramanmaras the free kick. After a rather tough play, Yenifakili's Kıraç İşbilir got a free kick in the 40th minute. Aygün Sağlam made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Ertuğrul Yanık sent off a good shot on target. Ertuğrul Yanık could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Aygün Sağlam made a huge save. After the first half Yenifakili were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sefa Canfer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kıraç İşbilir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Denizhan Bergin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Kahramanmaras's goalkeeper Berkant Nezih, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Levent İnan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Kahramanmaras's goalkeeper Berkant Nezih had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kıraç İşbilir. Yenifakili's Reis İksir got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yenifakili's Kıraç İşbilir suffered a concussion in the 73rd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Rıfat Mertoğul charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rıfat Mertoğul the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 74th match minute, Kahramanmaras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rıfat Mertoğul to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute Dinç Kurhan managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Aygün Sağlam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Metin Temizsoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute, Ünsal Ergökmen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aygün Sağlam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İbrahim Erkılınç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yenifakili's Levent İnan was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 90th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 95 minutes into the game, Levent İnan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yenifakili's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kahramanmaras the free kick. Levent İnan hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded Yenifakili left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kahramanmaras.
