Vladislav Pulevs short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Abdullatif Canfer to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Boğaçhan İftihar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Savaş Özenli in the 13th minute of play. A collision led to FC KİLYOS getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Özgür Balkır hit a great ball. With his leg Abdullatif Canfer managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when FC KİLYOS's Vladislav Pulev fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 25th minute, Battal Cüneyt Özdağ made a precise shot to the right of Boğaçhan İftihar. FC KİLYOS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Vladislav Pulev's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Abdullatif Canfer skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. FC KİLYOS's Bayhan Kutberk suffered a sore foot after 35 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 35 minutes into the game, Alemdar Türehan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Taksim's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC KİLYOS the free kick. A collision led to Taksim getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Alemdar Türehan hit a great ball. Vladislav Pulev struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Abdullatif Canfer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC KİLYOS. If Ateş Hüryaşar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Savaş Özenli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Battal Cüneyt Özdağ was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, Taksim's Boğaçhan İftihar threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Battal Cüneyt Özdağ, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Savaş Özenli took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boğaçhan İftihar. Boğaçhan İftihar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 78 minutes into the match, Vladislav Pulev notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Taksim's Abdullatif Canfer. Abdullatif Canfer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 82 minutes into the match, FC KİLYOS's goalkeeper Boğaçhan İftihar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Savaş Özenli. The supporters of Taksim booed when FC KİLYOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Muharrem Yeten didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boğaçhan İftihar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Battal Cüneyt Özdağ, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Ateş Hüryaşar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdullatif Canfer having to interfere. When the final whistle went the supporters of Taksim were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant FC KİLYOS side.
