After 17 played minutes SazaK FC got a freekick which was hit by Bektaş Ali Nebi. Refik Aşkıner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fethi İslamoğlu having to interfere. A collision led to Cüngüs getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Ahmet Ege Yaltırak hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Refik Aşkıner sped through Cüngüs's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fethi İslamoğlu. Mustafa Namık Oykut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vecdet Tatu in the 35th minute of play. Arın Ferhat Yamanöz struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Mustafa Namık Oykut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cüngüs. Fethi İslamoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erdem Tardu, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vecdet Tatu to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Cüngüs's zone, Refik Aşkıner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fethi İslamoğlu came out of the goal and Refik Aşkıner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Refik Aşkıner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fethi İslamoğlu having to make a save. Cüngüs's Fethi İslamoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Refik Aşkıner in the 63rd minute of play. After 66 minutes, Refik Aşkıner made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Cüngüs's Fethi İslamoğlu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 71st minute, Erdem Tardu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fethi İslamoğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Mustafa Ekrem Hazer hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the match, Refik Aşkıner notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Cüngüs's Fethi İslamoğlu. Fethi İslamoğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fethi İslamoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Refik Aşkıner in the 82nd minute of play. A collision led to SazaK FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Bektaş Ali Nebi hit a great ball. After having played for 88 minutes, Arın Ferhat Yamanöz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cüngüs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arın Ferhat Yamanöz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 89th match minute, SazaK FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Behiç Gökkır to maneuver through the defense. Fethi İslamoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erdem Tardu in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Refik Aşkıner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that SazaK FC were the better team. SazaK FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
