The tension between the Antakya SK and the Ihsangazi players grew even worse after the yellow card. 10 minutes into the game, one of Antakya SK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 14th match minute, Ihsangazi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Burak Tankan to maneuver through the defense. Tahir Onal hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Peker Kalender stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Ihsangazi's Mehmet Çağrı Namal got a free kick in the 51st minute. Necmi Başarman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Vecdi Hatmi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
