The Cinar FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ömer Rıza Kelim should have stopped the shot. 8 minutes into the match, Hidayet Üçok notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Cinar FK's Ömer Rıza Kelim. Ömer Rıza Kelim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With his leg Baran Bilge Usbey managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Cinar FK's Güntekin Polathan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 15 minutes into the match, Cinar FK's goal looked a bit too open when Tanju Serkut came free, but Ömer Rıza Kelim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baran Bilge Usbey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Selahaddin Turan, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hidayet Üçok to strike the kick off in the second half. Hidayet Üçok scored 2-3 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ömer Rıza Kelim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, KANARYA SK's Noel Alves got a free kick in the 67th minute. Baran Bilge Usbey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Selahaddin Turan in the 69th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Yunus Sarı left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KANARYA SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. After 76 played minutes Cinar FK got a freekick which was hit by Tarık Canpolat. In the 78th minute of the match Noel Alves sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ömer Rıza Kelim skillfully saved the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hidayet Üçok during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
