If Kutlay Ocakoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Prevalski Boshnakov was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Kamber Sayrak capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kamber Sayrak really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Gürbüz Sarphan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kutlay Ocakoğlu in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Rüştü Satır hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gürbüz Sarphan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Nelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Kadirli's Diego Nelli got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th minute of the match Américo Severo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gürbüz Sarphan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kadirli were furious when Américo Severo was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of Caycuma FK booed when Kadirli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Américo Severo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Caycuma FK's Gökcan Kadirsah got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diego Nelli made a kick off. Gürbüz Sarphan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Nelli in the 54th minute of play. Prevalski Boshnakov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hüseyin Çelikyay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the match, Diego Nelli dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gürbüz Sarphan, 1-1. If Diego Nelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diego Nelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Gürbüz Sarphan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Kadirli's goal looked a bit too open when Kamber Sayrak came free, but Prevalski Boshnakov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caycuma FK were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after Kadirli's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gökcan Kadirsah took the corner. Gökcan Kadirsah made a great header on Caycuma FK's corner, it was just that Kadirli's Prevalski Boshnakov managed to reach the ball for a save. After 75 minutes, Rüştü Satır mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caycuma FK and the Kadirli players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kemalettin Vedat blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gürbüz Sarphan having to make a save. Diego Nelli was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 96th minute. Kadirli's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
