Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Hozat's Selim Yadigar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Oktay Öztuna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Poyraz Üzer in the 3rd minute of play. Teoman Cebir hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Alaca FK's Rahim Uğurtan got control of the ball when Yunus Kulan tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Alaca FK getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Alemdar Pekel hit a great ball. Rahim Uğurtan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Selim Yadigar, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 27th minute, Poyraz Üzer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oktay Öztuna was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Rahim Uğurtan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Selim Yadigar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute, Alemdar Pekel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yunus Kulan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Selim Yadigar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Yunus Kulan might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rahim Uğurtan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yunus Kulan ran back to his position shaking his head. Rahim Uğurtan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Selim Yadigar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 minutes, Gafur Tuney mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alaca FK and the Hozat players grew even worse after the yellow card. 46 minutes into the match, Alaca FK's goalkeeper Rahim Uğurtan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yunus Kulan. 47 minutes into the game, Hozat's Yunus Kulan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rahim Uğurtan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Çelikan Dilhan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Oktay Öztuna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Çelikan Dilhan in the 65th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Alaca FK's goal looked a bit too open when Selim Yadigar came free, but Rahim Uğurtan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yunus Kulan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rahim Uğurtan having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hulki Ulukan in the 79th minute of play forced Alaca FK's goalkeeper Rahim Uğurtan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 80 played minutes, Hozat's Faruk Orgunalp shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rahim Uğurtan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hozat reached it. When Hozat's Selim Yadigar in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alaca FK's goalie prevented a goal. When Şehzade Yalınayak fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alaca FK's protests and gave Şehzade Yalınayak a yellow card for diving instead. In the 89th minute Selim Yadigar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rahim Uğurtan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Selim Yadigar in the 90th minute of play forced Alaca FK's goalkeeper Rahim Uğurtan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tuncer Hasankeyf charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tuncer Hasankeyf the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Alaca FK booed when Hozat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tuncer Hasankeyf didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gafur Tuney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oktay Öztuna having to interfere. When Çelikan Dilhan came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Alaca FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Çelikan Dilhan couldn't finish the play.
