The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Çağlar Sabi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rahim Uğurtan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 12thth minute of the game Hakkı Deniz Akbudun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alaca FK's Rahim Uğurtan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Honaz's Korkut Nesil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saadettin Dalayer in the 14th minute of play. If Hakkı Deniz Akbudun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rahim Uğurtan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hakkı Deniz Akbudun went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Rahim Uğurtan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çağlar Sabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Çağlar Sabi might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rahim Uğurtan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Çağlar Sabi ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Çelikan Dilhan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alaca FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Çelikan Dilhan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Korkut Nesil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hakkı Deniz Akbudun took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rahim Uğurtan. Rahim Uğurtan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. If Çelikan Dilhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Çağlar Sabi in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rahim Uğurtan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Honaz's Çağlar Sabi in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alaca FK's goalie prevented a goal. Hakkı Deniz Akbudun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 88 minutes, Çağlar Sabi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honaz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Çağlar Sabi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hakkı Deniz Akbuduns short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Rahim Uğurtan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 93rd minute, Çağlar Sabi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute, Çağlar Sabi fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rahim Uğurtan, passed just outside the right post. Honaz played a much better game than Alaca FK and deserved their victory. The Alaca FK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
