The referee ignored Mazgirt's protests and gave İskender Sarpkan a yellow card for diving instead. İskender Sarpkan hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After having played for 23 minutes, Ahmet Hasan Belge managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mazgirt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Hasan Belge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
