Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Efe Ünalan made the kick off which started today's match. A collision led to Yavuzeli FK getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Kahraman Sonat hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Efe Sidam got free with Vecdet Öktüre in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gediz's Vecdet Öktüre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ömer Rıza Çelebi in the 9th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Mirza Göktepe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mirza Göktepe kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Göktürk Özver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Erdem Balyemez in the 20th minute of play. Ahmet Efe Sidam in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vecdet Öktüre, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ahmet Efe Sidam could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Vecdet Öktüre made a huge save. In the 27th minute of the match Mirza Göktepe sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Göktürk Özver skillfully saved the ball. Yavuzeli FK's Göktürk Özver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Erdem Balyemez in the 29th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Gediz's zone, Ahmet Efe Sidam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vecdet Öktüre came out of the goal and Ahmet Efe Sidam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahmet Efe Sidam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Vecdet Öktüre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute of the match, Ahmet Efe Sidam got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vecdet Öktüre was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Ömer Rıza Çelebi made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Efe Sidam in the 66th minute of play forced Gediz's goalkeeper Vecdet Öktüre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Efe Sidam's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vecdet Öktüre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Gediz's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Efe Sidam came free, but Vecdet Öktüre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mirza Göktepe's late challenge caught a Yavuzeli FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mirza Göktepe helped the player get up and apologised. After 75 played minutes Gediz got a freekick which was hit by Mirza Göktepe. If Ömer Rıza Çelebi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vecdet Öktüre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Efe Sidam, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After a rather tough play, Gediz's Alaaddin Genç got a free kick in the 86th minute. Vecdet Öktüre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ömer Rıza Çelebi went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Ahmet Efe Sidam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Erdem Balyemez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göktürk Özver having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Yavuzeli FK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
