Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Günalp Deryace started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Kılıç Koçyiğit's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hakkı Devrim Bilgen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 2nd minute of play. In the 3rd match minute, Karkamis JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kılıç Koçyiğit to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute, Mustafa Emrah Özcam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fehmi Evvel shot from long distance in the 6th minute, but Volkan Uygunel was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Emrah Özcam in the 14th minute of play forced EYE OF THE TIGER's goalkeeper Hakkı Devrim Bilgen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Karkamis JK's Volkan Uygunel got control of the ball when Tarık Mertkal tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Tarık Mertkal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EYE OF THE TIGER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Tarık Mertkal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Volkan Uygunel having to interfere. If Günalp Deryace had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hakkı Devrim Bilgen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Emrah Özcam in the 33rd minute of play. Tarık Mertkal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mustafa Emrah Özcam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Hakkı Devrim Bilgen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 39 played minutes EYE OF THE TIGER got a freekick which was hit by Atabey Akmanoğlu. Tarık Mertkal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Günalp Deryace came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the EYE OF THE TIGER fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Günalp Deryace couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mustafa Emrah Özcam made a kick off. Volkan Uygunel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Günalp Deryace in the 53rd minute of the match. Günalp Deryace scored 2-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Volkan Uygunel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Günalp Deryace had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Volkan Uygunel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Günalp Deryace, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Tarık Mertkal came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the EYE OF THE TIGER fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tarık Mertkal couldn't finish the play. In the 65th minute, Gürel Seci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tarık Mertkal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Volkan Uygunel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Günalp Deryace fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Volkan Uygunel having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Mustafa Emrah Özcam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karkamis JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Mustafa Emrah Özcam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hakkı Devrim Bilgen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Tarık Mertkal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Volkan Uygunel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Günalp Deryace in the 84th minute of the match. After having played for 86 minutes, Tarık Mertkal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EYE OF THE TIGER's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tarık Mertkal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 87 minutes, Gürel Seci mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karkamis JK and the EYE OF THE TIGER players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 87th minute, one of Karkamis JK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Karkamis JK. In the 89th minute there was a penalty for EYE OF THE TIGER. Fehmi Evvel stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Volkan Uygunel. 3-0. In the 95thth minute of the game Tarık Mertkal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karkamis JK's Volkan Uygunel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Tarık Mertkal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karkamis JK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
