Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Niksarspor's Demiralp Ortanca started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mustafa Necati Sadan's late challenge caught a Niksarspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mustafa Necati Sadan helped the player get up and apologised. Tunceli were furious when Vahit Durak was red carded, 4 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 4 minutes into the game, one of Tunceli:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Demiralp Ortanca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kudret Tibet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Bora Erzan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Alim Orgunalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, Niksarspor's goalkeeper Müfit Tümer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Efe Tüzüner. Kudret Tibet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Müfit Tümer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Efe Tüzüner in the 34th minute. Müfit Tümer made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Mustafa Necati Sadan sent off a good shot on target. After 37 played minutes, Niksarspor's Nadir Malgır shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bora Erzan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Niksarspor reached it. When Müfit Sebil fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tunceli's protests and gave Müfit Sebil a yellow card for diving instead. In the 41st minute of the match Nadir Malgır sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bora Erzan skillfully saved the ball. If Ahmet Efe Tüzüner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Efe Tüzüner struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Müfit Tümer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tunceli. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Efe Tüzüner was the one to do the kick off. Kudret Tibet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute of the match Deniz Ekabir shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bora Erzan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kudret Tibet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niksarspor's Demiralp Ortanca got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bora Erzan made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Kudret Tibet sent off a good shot on target. 63 minutes into the match, Müfit Sebil notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Niksarspor's Müfit Tümer. Müfit Tümer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bora Erzan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Demiralp Ortanca in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Efe Tüzüner in the 76th minute of play forced Niksarspor's goalkeeper Müfit Tümer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Demiralp Ortanca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bora Erzan having to interfere. Kudret Tibet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Bora Erzan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Demiralp Ortanca in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bora Erzan saved Tunceli from getting behind. Müfit Tümer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Efe Tüzüner, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute.
