If Sümer Ağaverdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sümer Ağaverdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Acun Atikoğlu having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Karpuzlu's Yakup Erbay got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute, Sercan Siddik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sümer Ağaverdi spun around in front of the goal 26 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Karpuzlu's goal. After 29 minutes, Halil Bozbey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karpuzlu and the Cildir players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Karpuzlu's goalkeeper Acun Atikoğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Sercan Siddik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 42 minutes, Birger Vestberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cildir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Birger Vestberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Birger Vestberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Acun Atikoğlu having to interfere. Acun Atikoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sümer Ağaverdi, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

If Alpertunga Kartay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alpertunga Kartay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Birger Vestberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baykan Urkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Acun Atikoğlu having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Karpuzlu's goal looked a bit too open when Sümer Ağaverdi came free, but Acun Atikoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alpertunga Kartay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Cüneyt Necaettin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Acun Atikoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Birger Vestberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 76 minutes into the game, Sercan Siddik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Acun Atikoğlu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Karpuzlu's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
