Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tolgahan Pekiner kicked off to start the match. Tolgahan Pekiner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 6th match minute, Galatasaray was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Neşat Egesel to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Battalgazi getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Tolgahan Pekiner hit a great ball. In the 15thth minute of the game Tolgahan Pekiner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galatasaray's Cenk Cemre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Battalgazi booed when Galatasaray was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bektaş Veli Serhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 20 minutes of play, Galatasaray's Şentürk Demirağ made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lütfü Balaban was left in no man's land by his defense there! Derya Enginer might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cenk Cemre. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Derya Enginer ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Galatasaray's goalkeeper Cenk Cemre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cenk Cemre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tolgahan Pekiner went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 37th minute Şentürk Demirağ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lütfü Balaban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Şentürk Demirağ made the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Neşat Egesel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galatasaray and the Battalgazi players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Galatasaray's Neşat Egesel got a free kick in the 51st minute. Derya Enginer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cenk Cemre having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Gazi Yurtseven hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cenk Cemre came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Battalgazi's Derya Enginer. But to his dismay, Derya Enginer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Derya Enginer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cenk Cemre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Neşat Egesel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Tolgahan Pekiner came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Battalgazi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tolgahan Pekiner couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Battalgazi defense, Çağan Oskay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lütfü Balaban. The Battalgazi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lütfü Balaban should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tolgahan Pekiner in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cenk Cemre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Battalgazi's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
