After 5 played minutes GençlerGücü SK got a freekick which was hit by Yaman Taci. Yaman Taci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 13 minutes into the game, GençlerGücü SK's Mehmet Anıl Süreyya nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Refik Ateş made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Refik Ateş made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mehmet Anıl Süreyya in the 17th minute. 22 minutes into the match, GençlerGücü SK's goal looked a bit too open when Güneş Karadağ came free, but Ata Tayfur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yaman Raif fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ata Tayfur having to interfere. During the 32nd minute of the match Yaman Taci completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Yaman Taci a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Refik Ateş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Namık Alpsoy in the 37th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mehmet Anıl Süreyya stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, GençlerGücü SK's goal looked a bit too open when Güneş Karadağ came free, but Ata Tayfur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mustafa Namık Alpsoy might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Refik Ateş. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mustafa Namık Alpsoy ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Güneş Karadağ in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ata Tayfur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 68 minutes, Mehmet Anıl Süreyya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GençlerGücü SK and the Agili players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Agili booed when GençlerGücü SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Anıl Süreyya didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yaman Raif fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ata Tayfur having to interfere. After having played for 78 minutes, Güneş Karadağ managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bahri Sıbgatullah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ata Tayfur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. GençlerGücü SK's Ata Tayfur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Güneş Karadağ in the 91st minute of play. The long shot by Buğrahan Hallaç in the 94th minute really tested Ata Tayfur's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. GençlerGücü SK's Ata Tayfur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Güneş Karadağ in the 96th minute of play. GençlerGücü SK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
