Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gürsel Suyurgal started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Gürsu FK getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Tuna İşkembeci hit a great ball. Rafettin Tunçsoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kılıç Hidayet in the 9th minute of play. In the 12th play minute Acar Yücel came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rafettin Tunçsoy. 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, Ordu's goal looked a bit too open when Acar Yücel came free, but Rafettin Tunçsoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kutay Tankoç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gürsel Suyurgal, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The supporters of Gürsu FK booed when Ordu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rıfkı Yöner didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Gürsel Suyurgal notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Gürsu FK's Kutay Tankoç. Kutay Tankoç was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 33rd minute Gürsel Suyurgal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kutay Tankoç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ordu's Emirhan Demircioğlu got a free kick in the 35th minute. An unexpected shot in the 38th minute by Acar Yücel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Acar Yücel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Acar Yücel struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Rafettin Tunçsoy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gürsu FK. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kılıç Hidayet was the one to do the kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Kılıç Hidayet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ordu's Rafettin Tunçsoy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rıfkı Yöner hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Rafettin Tunçsoy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kılıç Hidayet's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. When Altuğ Suphi fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ordu's protests and gave Altuğ Suphi a yellow card for diving instead. Altuğ Suphi kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Rafettin Tunçsoy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Acar Yücel's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Acar Yücel put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rafettin Tunçsoy. After a rather tough play, Gürsu FK's Kamber Uzcan got a free kick in the 69th minute. Kamber Uzcan charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kamber Uzcan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Gürsu FK getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Kamber Uzcan hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute, Işıkalp Onatkan sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gürsu FK's Kutay Tankoç didn't even have to move. Ordu's Rafettin Tunçsoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mithat Kani in the 77th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Mithat Kani made a precise shot to the right of Rafettin Tunçsoy. Ordu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Gürsu FK's Hadi Geylanoğullarından got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Acar Yücel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mithat Kani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafettin Tunçsoy having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Hadi Geylanoğullarından got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that Gürsu FK were the better team. Gürsu FK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
