Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Babak's Samet Nebi got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Dilmen Erbatur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oğuzer Sönmez having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Battal Cüneyt Canol in the 14th minute of play forced Karagümrük's goalkeeper Oğuzer Sönmez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emre Akşin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vural Şengil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 played minutes Babak got a freekick which was hit by Serhat Özgunes. Kerimhan Sufi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emre Akşin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Kerimhan Sufi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emre Akşin having to interfere. A collision led to Babak getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Şansal Çiftçibaşı hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the game, Vural Şengil recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emre Akşin. Vural Şengil showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Kerimhan Sufi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emre Akşin having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vural Şengil to make the kick off. Emre Akşin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kerimhan Sufi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 62 minutes, Vural Şengil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karagümrük's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vural Şengil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. İlhan Baysu hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Şansal Çiftçibaşı charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Şansal Çiftçibaşı the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 73rd minute, Battal Cüneyt Canol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75th minute, Babak's Battal Cüneyt Canol ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Oğuzer Sönmez. Oğuzer Sönmez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Kerimhan Sufi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Emre Akşin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karagümrük's Oğuzer Sönmez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Karagümrük from getting a goal against them. Kerimhan Sufi struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Emre Akşin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karagümrük. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kerimhan Sufi in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emre Akşin saved Babak from getting behind. Oğuzer Sönmez was a little too slow when Battal Cüneyt Canol got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 2-3. 95 minutes into the match, Babak's Serhat Özgunes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oğuzer Sönmez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Musa Ünsev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Karagümrük supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Babak's performance. The match ended with a win for Babak.
