Abdülhak Engiay started the match with the kick off. Ejder Savaş made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Yavuz Azer sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 11 minutes, Cebrail Uçbay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yeniköy SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cebrail Uçbay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Türker Canfer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Duman Sebih was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. The Yeniköy SK fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Yeniköy SK's Cebrail Uçbay looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 26th minute of the match Berk Tezcan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Duman Sebih skillfully saved the ball. If Cebrail Uçbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Bahcekapi's Abdülhak Engiay dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Ragıp Nazif lost his temper 38 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of Bahcekapi:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Yeniköy SK:s goal. In the 40th minute there was a penalty for Yeniköy SK. Ekrem Başsoy stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Duman Sebih. 1-2. In the 46thth minute of the game Cebrail Uçbay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bahcekapi's Duman Sebih was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Türker Canfer in the 47th minute of play forced Bahcekapi's goalkeeper Duman Sebih to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Cebrail Uçbay made the kick off in the second half. If Cebrail Uçbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cebrail Uçbay scored 1-3 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Duman Sebih, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cebrail Uçbay in the 57th minute of play forced Bahcekapi's goalkeeper Duman Sebih to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Türker Canfer fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After having played for 75 minutes, Yavuz Azer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bahcekapi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yavuz Azer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Türker Canfer took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Duman Sebih. Duman Sebih dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Türker Canfer got free with Duman Sebih in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cebrail Uçbay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Duman Sebih having to make a save. Duman Sebih made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Türker Canfer sent off a good shot on target. Duman Sebih didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Yeniköy SK's Cebrail Uçbay shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-5 in the ordered_time% minute. Abdulhamit Togay who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Duman Sebih when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Yeniköy SK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
