In the 17th minute, İbrahim Efe Hazer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Hafik JK getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Samet Vasif hit a great ball. Pozanti SK's Ahmet Hafiz Erdem couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Hafik JK. Berk Azimoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İbrahim Efe Hazer, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Pozanti SK's Berk Azimoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yahya Kemal Altunışık in the 29th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Asaf Adaş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the game, Yahya Kemal Altunışık was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hafik JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pozanti SK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Hafik JK's Yahya Kemal Altunışık got a free kick in the 31st minute. Asaf Adaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Asaf Adaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Necip Fazıl Bergin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Okaner Refet made a kick off. After 55 played minutes Pozanti SK got a freekick which was hit by Okaner Refet. 55 minutes into the match, Hafik JK's Çağan Münib broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Yahya Kemal Altunışık fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berk Azimoğlu having to interfere. İbrahim Efe Hazer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, İbrahim Efe Hazer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. İbrahim Efe Hazer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Berk Azimoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
