Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cemal Karakan started the match with the kick off. Lefter Zahir hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After having played for 9 minutes, Bedih Orgun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tokat FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bedih Orgun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bedih Orgun got free with Baybars Bilginer in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Bedih Orgun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Tokat FK booed when Hatay JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bumin İlkin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baybars Bilginer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aytaç Olgunsoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After 30 played minutes Hatay JK got a freekick which was hit by Okan Eyüpoğlu. Sungurbey Güzir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cemal Karakan in the 40th minute of play. Okan Eyüpoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. If Bedih Orgun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Sungurbey Güzir was a little too slow when Okan Eyüpoğlu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-1. 57 minutes into the match, Hatay JK's goal looked a bit too open when Aytaç Olgunsoy came free, but Baybars Bilginer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Tokat FK's goal looked a bit too open when Cemal Karakan came free, but Sungurbey Güzir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cemal Karakan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 63rd minute. Hatay JK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 63rd match minute, Tokat FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Barış Namal to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Hatay JK's Ali Hamza Şanalp tried to score from far away in the 64th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Hatay JK's Cemal Karakan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. 77 minutes into the game, Tokat FK's Aytaç Olgunsoy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baybars Bilginer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Okan Eyüpoğlu during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Tokat FK booed when Hatay JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sungurbey Güzir was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Hatay JK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
