Güner Özsan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Işıkalp Bakanay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hidayet Çubuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nisantasi JK's goalkeeper Işıkalp Bakanay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Nisantasi JK's Kuzey Ulutan got a free kick in the 37th minute. When galespor's Güner Özsan in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nisantasi JK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 46th minute Hidayet Çubuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Işıkalp Bakanay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Güner Özsan was extremely unlucky when he, in the 67th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Hidayet Çubuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Nisantasi JK's zone, Güner Özsan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Güner Özsan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Nisantasi JK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. galespor were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
