Ahirkapi's Gürhan Şahtürk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Okanalp Akyazı in the 44th minute of play. Orhun İçöz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ertunç Oran having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Okanalp Akyazı made the kick off in the second half. A well-hit corner resulted in Aytunç Sacid heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. When Kerim Usluer was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 56 minutes had been played. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Okanalp Akyazı couldn't finish the play. Vahdet Kadirsah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gürhan Şahtürk having to interfere. Gürhan Şahtürk made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Vahdet Kadirsah sent off a good shot on target. The Ahirkapi fans cheered their team off the field, for while DIRTYMEN had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
