After 3 minutes, Nuralp Beşir mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GoGuRYeo and the Demirözü SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the GoGuRYeo defense, Orhan Veli Toköz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Berker Rıza Hekim. The GoGuRYeo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Berker Rıza Hekim should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aykutalp Refi in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Berker Rıza Hekim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Berker Rıza Hekim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aykutalp Refi, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Demirözü SK's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa İzzet Rakim came free, but Kadim Ekin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 20th minute by Mustafa İzzet Rakim got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Aykutalp Refi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berker Rıza Hekim having to interfere. Demirözü SK's Kadim Ekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa İzzet Rakim in the 51st minute of play. After having played for 54 minutes, Mutlu Enbiya managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GoGuRYeo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mutlu Enbiya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Orhan Veli Toköz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Berker Rıza Hekim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aykutalp Refi in the 58th minute of play. Berker Rıza Hekim made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Orhan Veli Toköz sent off a good shot on target. Aykutalp Refi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orhan Veli Toközs short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Berker Rıza Hekim to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 82 minutes, Özer Ozansoy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GoGuRYeo and the Demirözü SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 83 minutes, Aykutalp Refi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Demirözü SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aykutalp Refi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aykutalp Refi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Orhan Veli Toköz came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Demirözü SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orhan Veli Toköz couldn't finish the play. Demirözü SK's Aykutalp Refi got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Demirözü SK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
