Ekber Erbay charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ekber Erbay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Yakup Rical made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Talip Sağanalp in the 12th minute of play. Talip Sağanalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yakup Rical showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Talip Sağanalp in the 24th minute of the match. Bilge Acarsoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aktuğ Şahin having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Talip Sağanalp put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Yakup Rical. Şeref Birge's late challenge caught a Beşiktaş JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Şeref Birge helped the player get up and apologised. After 37 played minutes BEŞİKTAŞ JK got a freekick which was hit by Şeref Birge. Yakup Rical didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Talip Sağanalp went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. If Bilge Acarsoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Orhan Satır was the one to do the kick off. Rıdvan Timur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59thth minute of the game Talip Sağanalp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Beşiktaş JK's Yakup Rical was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 64th minute Talip Sağanalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yakup Rical saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bilge Acarsoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aktuğ Şahin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bilge Acarsoy's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. A collision led to BEŞİKTAŞ JK getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Yusuf Bahadır Erşahin hit a great ball. Rıdvan Timur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Yakup Rical made a huge save. Talip Sağanalp got in the 91st a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Yakup Rical handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. If Talip Sağanalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yakup Rical made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Talip Sağanalp in the 97th minute of play. The Beşiktaş JK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. BEŞİKTAŞ JK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
