The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Salih Osman kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tornado FC's goalkeeper Tarkan Perviz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tarkan Perviz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Okan Serafet in the 21st minute of the match. Gani Neba kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Tarkan Perviz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Okan Serafet's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Tornado FC's Salih Osman got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 42 minutes into the match, TRABZONSPOR's Zeynel Işıker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tarkan Perviz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Zeynel Işıker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Tornado FC defense, Zeynel Işıker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tarkan Perviz. The Tornado FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tarkan Perviz should have stopped the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hüsamettin Zati to make the kick off. Tarkan Perviz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denizhan Muren, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 56th minute, Yiğitcan Canver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Güven Doğanay hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. TRABZONSPOR's Zeynel Işıker got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Salih Osman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind TRABZONSPOR's goalkeeper Baran Bilge Türksan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zeynel Işıker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tarkan Perviz having to interfere. Tornado FC's Tarkan Perviz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Tornado FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Zeynel Işıker managed to get in a good position for a shot. TRABZONSPOR's supporters rose to their feet, but Zeynel Işıker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tarkan Perviz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The TRABZONSPOR players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
