Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aytek Adısönmez started the match with the kick off. After 16 played minutes Yüksekova FK got a freekick which was hit by Demiralp Cezri. In the 17th minute, Hüseyin Cahit Tanırer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Utkan Boysel kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute of the match Abdulhamit Tatar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but İrfan Türemen skillfully saved the ball. Hüseyin Cahit Tanırer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th match minute, Yüksekova FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şahap Baray to maneuver through the defense. Mustafa Numan Yıldıray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferid Özerkmen, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kekova FK's goalkeeper İrfan Türemen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferid Özerkmen in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mustafa Numan Yıldıray saved Yüksekova FK from getting behind. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, İrfan Türemen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Yüksekova FK were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Kekova FK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Abdulhamit Tatar took the corner. The corner ended in Abdulhamit Tatar almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kekova FK's İrfan Türemen did a great save. After 47 played minutes Kekova FK got a freekick which was hit by Fikret Demirman. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ferid Özerkmen to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferid Özerkmen in the 52nd minute of play forced Yüksekova FK's goalkeeper Mustafa Numan Yıldıray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aytekin Hacıahmetoğlu hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, Recep Sonalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. İrfan Türemen came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Yüksekova FK's Aytek Adısönmez. But to his dismay, Aytek Adısönmez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. A collision led to Yüksekova FK getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. İrfan Türemen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aytek Adısönmez in the 86th minute of play. Yüksekova FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Ferid Özerkmen scored to the left of an out of position Mustafa Numan Yıldıray, making the score, 2-1. İrfan Türemen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Demiralp Cezri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hüseyin Cahit Tanırer made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 95thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Mustafa Numan Yıldıray would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Yüksekova FK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
