Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Erkut Ilgınlı made the kick off which started today's match. After 5 minutes of play, Catalpinar SK's İbrahim Ethem Alişan made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yetkiner Akburç was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Erkut Ilgınlı came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Rumelikavagi JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erkut Ilgınlı couldn't finish the play. When Umut Şahiner fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rumelikavagi JK's protests and gave Umut Şahiner a yellow card for diving instead. Umut Şahiner kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Ergin Ünüvar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Yetkiner Akburç. The goal made the score 2-0. After 23 played minutes Catalpinar SK got a freekick which was hit by Kerim Çırak. Mümin Uğursan was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 25th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 26th match minute, Catalpinar SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uğuralp Seyfi to maneuver through the defense. Mehdi Can took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Onur Tümel. Catalpinar SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yağızhan İğdemir during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 31st minute, Yağızhan İğdemir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the game, one of Catalpinar SK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ergin Ünüvar made a kick off. The supporters of Catalpinar SK booed when Rumelikavagi JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seyfettin Canbek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yetkiner Akburç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İbrahim Ethem Alişan, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. İbrahim Ethem Alişan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ergin Ünüvar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rumelikavagi JK's Yetkiner Akburç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İbrahim Ethem Alişan in the 64th minute of play. İbrahim Ethem Alişan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If İbrahim Ethem Alişan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Erkut Ilgınlı managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rumelikavagi JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Erkut Ilgınlı was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Onur Tümel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Catalpinar SK's Onur Tümel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Catalpinar SK from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erkut Ilgınlı in the 78th minute of play forced Catalpinar SK's goalkeeper Onur Tümel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Catalpinar SK's zone, Ahmet Çağrı Okkan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Onur Tümel came out of the goal and Ahmet Çağrı Okkan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 87 minutes into the match, Catalpinar SK's goalkeeper Onur Tümel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Çağrı Okkan. For all the effort they put into the match, the Rumelikavagi JK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Catalpinar SK.
