Mert Uğurata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tevfik Hanedan, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tevfik Hanedan in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mert Uğurata saved Emek from getting behind. Altan Nasuh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hasan Hüseyin Hatim having to interfere. The supporters of Emek booed when Cumaova SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tevfik Hanedan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mert Uğurata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tevfik Hanedan in the 23rd minute of the match. Mert Uğurata dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Emek's Mert Uğurata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Resul Ortaç in the 41st minute of play. Mert Uğurata came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Cumaova SK's Tevfik Hanedan. But to his dismay, Tevfik Hanedan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Mert Uğurata made an important save on a dangerous shot by Resul Ortaç in the 61st minute. Mert Uğurata didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Resul Ortaç went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Resul Ortaç got free with Mert Uğurata in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mert Uğurata made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Resul Ortaç sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, Cumaova SK's Mert Uğurata threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tevfik Hanedan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tevfik Hanedan in the 73rd minute of play forced Emek's goalkeeper Mert Uğurata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Cumaova SK's Tevfik Hanedan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mert Uğurata. That made the score 0-4 after 76 minutes of play. Halil İbrahim Akbel kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Cumaova SK's Tevfik Hanedan got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 93 minutes into the match, Emek's goal looked a bit too open when Tevfik Hanedan came free, but Mert Uğurata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 95 played minutes Cumaova SK got a freekick which was hit by Arif Ozan Haspolatlı. The Cumaova SK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cumaova SK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
