Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hıdır Değer took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Maden's goal looked a bit too open when Mümtazer Başeski came free, but Faruk Nafiz Kurtaran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Maden's zone, Bedri Acarbay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faruk Nafiz Kurtaran came out of the goal and Bedri Acarbay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahmet Sedat Bostancı didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 10th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. After taking down the ball on Maden's corner Gürol Yürükoğlu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ahmet Sedat Bostancı quite easily take care of the ball. Muammer Reca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Sedat Bostancı having to interfere. FC Barcelona's Ahmet Sedat Bostancı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hıdır Değer in the 24th minute of play. Bedri Acarbay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faruk Nafiz Kurtaran having to interfere. Lemi Genişyürek's late challenge caught a Maden's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lemi Genişyürek helped the player get up and apologised. Ahmet Sedat Bostancı made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Muammer Reca sent off a good shot on target. 39 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona's goalkeeper Ahmet Sedat Bostancı had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Muammer Reca. Hıdır Değer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ahmet Sedat Bostancı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anıl Ege Konguralp during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Barcelona booed when Maden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anıl Ege Konguralp didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bedri Acarbay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Saruhan Şahap hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 53rd match minute, Maden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kartal Öğeturk to maneuver through the defense. Lemi Genişyürek, 54 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Muammer Reca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ahmet Sedat Bostancı having to make a save. Bedri Acarbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 80th minute of the match Lemi Genişyürek completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lemi Genişyürek a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 81st match minute, FC Barcelona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lemi Genişyürek to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Sedat Bostancı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kartal Öğeturk in the 86th minute of play. Hıdır Değer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ahmet Sedat Bostancı having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Maden had won after a very even match.
