Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hilmi Uçkun took the kick off in the first half of the match. Mustafa Haydar Maruf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hilmi Uçkun in the 4th minute of play. Ümit Koçarslan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Zühtü Ongel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Cide SK booed when Boztepe FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nafiz Rasif didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Boztepe FK booed when Cide SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Levent Harmanda didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute, Nafiz Rasif hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zühtü Ongel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ümit Koçarslan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Hilmi Uçkun came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Cide SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hilmi Uçkun couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Boztepe FK defense, Abdulmelik Gezer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mustafa Haydar Maruf. The Boztepe FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mustafa Haydar Maruf should have stopped the shot. Mustafa Haydar Maruf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilmi Uçkun, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zülfü Ünsever to make the kick off. Baturalp Yavuzcan took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mustafa Haydar Maruf. Mustafa Haydar Maruf dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. A collision led to Boztepe FK getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Abdurrahman Tümerkan hit a great ball. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Boztepe FK's goalkeeper Mustafa Haydar Maruf, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mustafa Haydar Maruf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baturalp Yavuzcan in the 58th minute of the match. Hilmi Uçkun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mustafa Haydar Maruf having to make a save. Abdurrahman Tümerkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zühtü Ongel having to interfere. When Hilmi Uçkun came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Cide SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hilmi Uçkun couldn't finish the play. Mustafa Haydar Maruf came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Cide SK's Hilmi Uçkun. But to his dismay, Hilmi Uçkun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Mustafa Haydar Maruf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilmi Uçkun, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Levent Harmanda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute Hilmi Uçkun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Haydar Maruf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zülfü Ünsever fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zühtü Ongel having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Zülfü Ünsever managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boztepe FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Zülfü Ünsever was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zühtü Ongel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cide SK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Boztepe FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
