After 11 played minutes Cide SK got a freekick which was hit by Akşemseddin Secaattin. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hilmi Uçkun in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yahya Kemal Razi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yahya Kemal Razi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tayyip Akboğa in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Hilmi Uçkun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yahya Kemal Razi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Cide SK's Hilmi Uçkun got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Müfit Çapan charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Müfit Çapan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Müfit Çapan kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Hilmi Uçkun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Yahya Kemal Razi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yahya Kemal Razi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hilmi Uçkun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Suphi Durna fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Icerenköy JK's protests and gave Suphi Durna a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Icerenköy JK's Suphi Durna got a free kick in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Hilmi Uçkun notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Icerenköy JK's Yahya Kemal Razi. Yahya Kemal Razi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Icerenköy JK's zone, Hilmi Uçkun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yahya Kemal Razi came out of the goal and Hilmi Uçkun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hilmi Uçkun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute of the match Cide SK got a corner. Icerenköy JK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Akşemseddin Secaattin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Akşemseddin Secaattin made a great header on Cide SK's corner, it was just that Icerenköy JK's Yahya Kemal Razi managed to reach the ball for a save. Hilmi Uçkun took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yahya Kemal Razi. Yahya Kemal Razi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Icerenköy JK's Yahya Kemal Razi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Icerenköy JK from getting a goal against them. If Abdulmelik Gezer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Hilmi Uçkun took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Yahya Kemal Razi to make any attempt to save it. The audience was convinced that Yakup Hisar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zühtü Ongel was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. After having played for 83 minutes, Yakup Hisar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Icerenköy JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yakup Hisar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hilmi Uçkun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yahya Kemal Razi having to interfere. After having played for 95 minutes, Hilmi Uçkun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cide SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hilmi Uçkun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Hilmi Uçkun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cide SK played a much better game than Icerenköy JK and deserved their victory. The Icerenköy JK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
