Ömer Rıza Bucuklu kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, MAK FK's Aytekin Akgündüz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nusret Yarkın narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serdar Diriğ got free with Ramiz Başesgioğlu in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Serdar Diriğ blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ramiz Başesgioğlu having to make a save. A collision led to MAK FK getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Ersan Özgunay hit a great ball. After having played for 33 minutes, Mehmet Emin Efe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saruhanli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Emin Efe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. MAK FK's Ramiz Başesgioğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Emin Efe in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, MAK FK's goalkeeper Ramiz Başesgioğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Serdar Diriğ. If Mehmet Emin Efe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MAK FK's Ramiz Başesgioğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Emin Efe in the 43rd minute of play. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind MAK FK's goalkeeper Ramiz Başesgioğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, MAK FK's Refik Bağcı got a free kick in the 48th minute. In the 49th minute, Azim Durhal sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and MAK FK's Ramiz Başesgioğlu didn't even have to move. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind MAK FK's goalkeeper Ramiz Başesgioğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mehmet Emin Efe took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramiz Başesgioğlu. Ramiz Başesgioğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Aytekin Akgündüz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nusret Yarkın firmly grabbed it by the left post. Nusret Yarkın showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ergincan Barın, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After a rather tough play, Saruhanli's Sezai Nizami got a free kick in the 69th minute. Mehmet Emin Efe took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramiz Başesgioğlu. Ramiz Başesgioğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 81st minute, Ergincan Barın made a precise shot to the right of Nusret Yarkın. Saruhanli's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. When Refik Bağcı fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MAK FK's protests and gave Refik Bağcı a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th minute, Refik Bağcı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute Mehmet Emin Efe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiz Başesgioğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had been going on for 94 minutes, MAK FK's Faik Erek got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Nusret Yarkın.
