After a defensive mix-up in KuLu Fc 42's zone, Cafer Ziver stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hilario Lawrence came out of the goal and Cafer Ziver tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 15 minutes into the match, KuLu Fc 42's goal looked a bit too open when Zaid Hükümran came free, but Hilario Lawrence reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KuLu Fc 42's Hilario Lawrence played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Servet Balcıoğlu in the 18th minute of play. Hilario Lawrence made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaid Hükümran in the 19th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Servet Balcıoğlu in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hilario Lawrence saved KuLu Fc 42 from getting behind. After 24 played minutes Sürmene got a freekick which was hit by Osman Nuri Korhan. In the 25th minute of the match Zekai Çubukcu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kutlu Yılkan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kutlu Yılkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Çağdaş Camcı in the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Ronaldo Nazario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kutlu Yılkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kutlu Yılkan didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 36th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Tolgahan Ulum charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tolgahan Ulum the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zaid Hükümran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Lawrence having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Servet Balcıoğlu made a kick off. KuLu Fc 42's Hilario Lawrence proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save KuLu Fc 42 from getting a goal against them. In the 54th minute Sürmene were awarded a corner. Osman Nuri Korhan went to the cornerflag to take it. Zaid Hükümran in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hilario Lawrence, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 59th minute, Erbatur Kuddus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the game, Zaid Hükümran recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hilario Lawrence. Zaid Hükümran showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Maksymilian Cymbal hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zaid Hükümran got free with Hilario Lawrence in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hilario Lawrence showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Servet Balcıoğlu in the 72nd minute of the match. With a little luck, KuLu Fc 42's Hilario Lawrence got control of the ball when Zaid Hükümran tried to sneak it across the goal line.
