When Diyarbakirspor FK's Kutlay Orbay in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Toros Kaplanı's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kutlay Orbay in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cihan Bergin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Atıf Totuk got free with Recai Şahinalp in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cihan Bergin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kutlay Orbay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Davut Gülen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cihan Bergin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davut Gülen, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Kutlay Orbay struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Cihan Bergin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Diyarbakirspor FK. Davut Gülen took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cihan Bergin. Cihan Bergin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After the first half Diyarbakirspor FK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After having played for 55 minutes, Atıf Totuk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toros Kaplanı's supporters crossed their fingers, but Atıf Totuk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Davut Gülen came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Diyarbakirspor FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Davut Gülen couldn't finish the play. Cihan Bergin stood somewhat misplaced when Kutlay Orbay came free in front of goal and shot 0-2 to the left of him in the 62 minute. If Anıl Mücahit Ataergin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Diyarbakirspor FK booed when Toros Kaplanı was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Altay Ayaydın didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cihan Bergin made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Kutlay Orbay sent off a good shot on target. Remzi Yetener received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Recai Şahinalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute Atıf Totuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Recai Şahinalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Davut Gülen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Diyarbakirspor FK booed when Toros Kaplanı was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atıf Totuk didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Davut Gülen dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cihan Bergin, 0-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Diyarbakirspor FK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
