With a little luck, Erzurumspor's Hacı Ali Öztarhan got control of the ball when Ali Orhan Dağdelen tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ömer Rıza Özluer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hacı Ali Öztarhan. That made the score 1-0 in the 44 minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ömer Rıza Özluer to make the kick off. Hacı Ali Öztarhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Orhan Dağdelen in the 53rd minute of the match. Haydar Aktemur charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Haydar Aktemur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Baran Alp Dersu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ömerli had won after a very even match.
