After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Erbatur Sungun managed to get in a good position for a shot. mahmudiye spor's supporters rose to their feet, but Erbatur Sungun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ege Saraçoğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yiğit Can Sabi's late challenge caught a Atabey JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yiğit Can Sabi helped the player get up and apologised. Yiğit Can Sabi kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th minute Erbatur Sungun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ege Saraçoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Yiğit Can Sabi sped through Atabey JK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ege Saraçoğlu. Yiğit Can Sabi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Ege Saraçoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ege Saraçoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erbatur Sungun in the 22nd minute of play. Erbatur Sungun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ege Saraçoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. After some careless play in the Atabey JK defense, Yiğit Can Sabi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ege Saraçoğlu. The Atabey JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ege Saraçoğlu should have stopped the shot. Yiğit Can Sabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ege Saraçoğlu having to interfere. In the 31stth minute of the game Battal Seyyit Yalvaç who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atabey JK's Ege Saraçoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Yiğit Can Sabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ege Saraçoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zülfü Akşin, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Hakkı Deniz Ekvan hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Erbatur Sungun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ege Saraçoğlu having to make a save. In the 45th match minute, Atabey JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hakkı Devrim Şensoy to maneuver through the defense. In the 47thth minute of the game Zülfü Akşin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atabey JK's Ege Saraçoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yiğit Can Sabi made a kick off. After 52 minutes, Ahmet Korkut Tanır mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atabey JK and the mahmudiye spor players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 52 played minutes Atabey JK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Korkut Tanır. The Atabey JK fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Atabey JK's Münir Çetinel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 64 minutes into the game, Gökhan Durul was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. mahmudiye spor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atabey JK the free kick. In the 64th minute, Gökhan Durul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Battal Seyyit Yalvaç came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the mahmudiye spor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Battal Seyyit Yalvaç couldn't finish the play. With his leg Ege Saraçoğlu managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when mahmudiye spor's Erbatur Sungun fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erbatur Sungun got free with Ege Saraçoğlu in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 74 minutes into the match, Hakkı Deniz Ekvan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Acar İmren. mahmudiye spor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hakkı Deniz Ekvan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Erbatur Sungun hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Şakir Yıldırımtürk took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Acar İmren. Acar İmren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-4. 91 minutes into the match, mahmudiye spor's goal looked a bit too open when Şakir Yıldırımtürk came free, but Acar İmren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Yiğit Can Sabi made a precise shot to the right of Ege Saraçoğlu. Atabey JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-5. mahmudiye spor's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
