Atabey Uçar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arcan Soysaltürk having to interfere. İskender Baki Tavgaç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zühtü Özgu, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zühtü Özgu in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg İskender Baki Tavgaç saved Tarsus from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zühtü Özgu in the 12th minute of play forced Tarsus's goalkeeper İskender Baki Tavgaç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th match minute, ÇORUM FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oğuzer Zübeyr to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Atabey Uçar in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arcan Soysaltürk saved ÇORUM FK from getting behind. ÇORUM FK's Arcan Soysaltürk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save ÇORUM FK from getting a goal against them. 25 minutes into the match, Tarsus's goal looked a bit too open when Zühtü Özgu came free, but İskender Baki Tavgaç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arcan Soysaltürk was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Atabey Uçar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atabey Uçar in the 34th minute of play forced ÇORUM FK's goalkeeper Arcan Soysaltürk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tarsus's Aybek Şenalp got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atabey Uçar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arcan Soysaltürk having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Atabey Uçar in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arcan Soysaltürk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aybek Şenalp struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Arcan Soysaltürk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tarsus. When Aybek Şenalp came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Tarsus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aybek Şenalp couldn't finish the play. Arcan Soysaltürk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Atabey Uçar's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. ÇORUM FK's Arcan Soysaltürk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save ÇORUM FK from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zühtü Özgu made a kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Tarsus's Atabey Uçar made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arcan Soysaltürk was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Demirhan İzhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. İskender Baki Tavgaç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zühtü Özgu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Tarsus defense, Demirhan İzhan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of İskender Baki Tavgaç. The Tarsus fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that İskender Baki Tavgaç should have stopped the shot. 72 minutes into the match, ÇORUM FK's goal looked a bit too open when Aybek Şenalp came free, but Arcan Soysaltürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aybek Şenalp scored 3-1 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arcan Soysaltürk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, ÇORUM FK's Zühtü Özgu got a free kick in the 76th minute. Aybek Şenalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arcan Soysaltürk having to interfere. With 81 minutes on the clock, Oğuzer Zübeyr commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in ÇORUM FK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 81st minute. Penalty! Erkut Kutunalp shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Demirhan İzhan got free with İskender Baki Tavgaç in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A very nice done corner allowed Arif Buğra Rikap to score against Arcan Soysaltürk in ÇORUM FK's goal. 4-1 after 94 minutes. The audience was convinced that Atabey Uçar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arcan Soysaltürk was relentless in the 99th minute of the game.
