Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Abdulmelik Onay made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Abdulmelik Onay notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Edessa Castle's Reha Okbudun. Reha Okbudun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 9th minute of the game. One of Edessa Castle:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Trabzonspor:s goal. Trabzonspor's Hüsnü Tanaltan got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 22 played minutes Trabzonspor got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Hamdi Ufuk. Reha Okbudun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdulmelik Onay, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. If Hüsnü Tanaltan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Edessa Castle's zone, Hüsnü Tanaltan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reha Okbudun came out of the goal and Hüsnü Tanaltan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abdulmelik Onay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hüsnü Tanaltan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Reha Okbudun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 41 minutes, Abdulmelik Onay made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Edessa Castle's Reha Okbudun tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Abdulmelik Onay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reha Okbudun having to interfere. Abdulmelik Onay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Reha Okbudun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Sinan Başkara made the kick off in the second half. When Trabzonspor's Hüsnü Tanaltan in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Edessa Castle's goalie prevented a goal. Abdulmelik Onay struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Reha Okbudun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trabzonspor. Reha Okbudun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abdulmelik Onay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tayfur Enver charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tayfur Enver the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tayfur Enver hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Hüsnü Tanaltan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdulmelik Onay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Reha Okbudun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kemal Süvari kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Turgut Seyban struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Reha Okbudun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trabzonspor. In the 96th minute Abdulmelik Onay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reha Okbudun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Trabzonspor could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Edessa Castle throughout the match.
